  Well from the onset we came through the drive-thru and was subjected to a very condescending ,very ,very rude cashier ,who took it upon himself to poke humor at our order while we were making it. Then proceeding to poke fun as if we had a speech impediment while making out order , assuming that maybe he could not hear well we spoke louder it were scolded and accused of yelling at him and told not to yell at him. After addressing the issue at the window the cashier proceeds to get angry and fly off the handle at us behind a closed door. We go in to get some type of resolution to the situation and there is no one at the front counter to assist us at all for 20 minutes. All the while calling the restaurant itself a total of 6 times while waiting for assistance. When we are finally acknowledge by the cashiers who came from the back. So we make our order and ask to speak to the manager. Not sure what the manager's name was but he addressed us, apologized, and assured us this won't happen again. Kudos to him for being the stand-up manager that he is supposed to be. The manager was excellent no complaints about him I just wish he had a better crew to work with. I would not recommend this cookout until it undergoes a complete overhaul of the crew.

  Food was accurate and fresh. Staff seemed a bit shy. Maybe the cashier was new but the food was jot and prepared exactly to my liking.

  Food was great and a great value as usual! I placed my order at the counter. I was# --13 (tray and a milkshake). I waited 5+ minutes before asking about my order. I was told "I don't know what order they do things." Order --16 gets announced and gets picked up; a Milkshake! I asked to speak to a manager. He was very polite and understanding, explaining that a drive through order had 9 milkshakes and that I had grill a grill order item which take longer to prepare. He thanked me for the feedback. I GET IT! This place is BU$Y! Just, hire, train, and motivate people who will give proper customer service. This particular cashier didn't know and didn't care.

  This cookout has gone down hill a bit. They have young kids working and they r not as dedicated to getting orders right. I used to always feel confident about leaving without checking my food, but now I do everytime.

  Good, cheap food. Great shakes. Only complaint I have is the tables are usually dirty, and the floors are really slippery with what feels like grease. You need someone's out there continuously cleaning up.
